March 2019

Monthly Recap (1).png

Hello lovely readers

March is over, yay for springtime! The longer days, the sunshine and the trees turning green is making me pretty happy and excited.

I am going to be honest, I have not have had the greatest March. My month has been riddled with insomnia, which in turn gives me headaches. With my sensitive eyes, I had to reduce some social media presence, but be assured, I love all my blogging friends and authors, and the reading / writing community. Hopefully there is more rest in my future :)

So, here is my March of reading and blogging:

2,834 pages read

Best of 2019 so far!

Bookhauls

Hiddensee was one book I have wanted for a long time. Found it at a library sale with the stamp ‘Discard’ on the page edges. How can this lovely book be a discard?

LET ME IN is a group read I will be participating in over on Goodreads. I have only heard good things about it. I ordered this copy ‘new’ on Amazon and it is in bad shape. The pages are yellowed, it’s grimy, and the edges are worn. I'm not all that happy about it. I have Prime and in the last 6 months, none of my orders have even come in on time in the 2 days promised. What is up with that?

That’s all.

Have a wonderful reading month in April :)
